As the new executive building 31 took shape its lobby featured custom column enclosures, detailed elevator hoist way entrances, transoms and custom call button plates as well as lobby feature reveals of satin and polished stainless steel. An all glass revolving door was included in the storefront for a clean and open feel to the lobby. The project also included stainless steel and manufactured stone elements at the break rooms as well as custom finishes within the Café space within the building’s ground floor.
